📋 Description

• The Concierge Security Engineer 2 (CSE2) is a key member of Arctic Wolf’s Concierge Security Team, delivering world-class managed detection and response services to customers while playing a vital role in ending cyber risk through proactive threat detection, incident investigation, and customer partnership.
• Day to day, the CSE2 creates and maintains outstanding customer partnerships, supports delivery of network and endpoint security solutions by investigating security events, configuring and troubleshooting data sources, and actioning or escalating customer requests for guidance or support in a timely manner, often coordinating with internal teams.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in security operations, incident response, and customer-facing technical consulting, while developing strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences, positioning you for growth as a trusted security advisor within a high-impact, innovative team.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in a hands-on security role with good knowledge of security architecture
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent certifications and experience
• Strong partnering and relationship-building skills in a professional context
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with security testing and forensics tools, malware analysis, scripting/coding, incident response, authentication and identity management, risk assessment, compliance frameworks, or penetration testing
