- • As a Cybersecurity Trust & Assurance Analyst at Redis Ltd., you will play a critical role in strengthening the organization’s cybersecurity posture by building trust with customers through transparent communication of data protection practices and ensuring robust control frameworks are in place to meet regulatory and industry standards.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer trust, conducting risk assessments of third-party vendors, designing and maintaining cyber controls frameworks, monitoring control effectiveness using automated tools and AI technologies, collaborating with Legal, IT, and Engineering teams to implement technical controls, and providing clear, concise reports to senior management and the board on cyber risks and incident response activities.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of dedicated experience in cyber risk management, control assurance, or related governance domains
- • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, and GDPR
- • Ability to translate risk and control requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions (fluency in both engineering and governance)
- • Excellent leadership and communication skills, including comfort communicating in high-risk situations
- • Prior experience in high-tech companies, preferably in cloud-native environments
