  • • Own the customer insight journey end-to-end: from the moment a new client signs on, you will be their primary data sherpa, translating raw GTM signals into clear, revenue-focused narratives that executives can act on within days, not weeks.
  • • Run weekly insight sprints with 5–10 enterprise accounts, using HockeyStack’s no-code query layer and pre-built AI agents to surface pipeline leaks, campaign ROI anomalies, and next-best-account actions; deliver these findings in crisp slide decks and live walkthroughs that turn skeptics into power users.
  • • Build repeatable “question kits” that package the 20 most common C-suite asks—e.g., “Which channels actually influenced the last $5 M in closed-won?”—into templated analyses that Customer Success Managers can deploy without waiting for you, scaling your impact across the entire book of business.
  • • Partner with Product and Engineering to pressure-test new features: when we ship an attribution model refresh or an AI research agent, you will stress-test it on real customer data, flag edge cases, and co-author release notes that front-line teams trust.
  • • Serve as the voice of the customer in quarterly roadmap reviews, bringing hard usage metrics and anecdotal feedback that shape what we build next—expect to see your fingerprints on everything from dashboard design to new API endpoints.
  • • Champion data storytelling best practices across the company: run internal workshops that teach AEs, CSMs, and marketers how to frame a hypothesis, pick the right metric, and avoid vanity KPIs—turning every client interaction into a consultative moment.
  • • Maintain a living library of customer success stories: document how a Series-B SaaS cut CAC by 28 % after your funnel analysis, or how a Fortune 500 reprioritized $2 M in ad spend based on your attribution heat map—fueling sales collateral and onboarding videos.
  • • Monitor data health proactively: when a connector drops or a schema drifts, you will triage with Engineering, craft interim work-arounds, and communicate transparent timelines to clients so trust never wavers.
  • • Iterate on pricing and packaging insights: by tracking which dashboards and alerts drive the highest NPS, you will help Revenue Ops refine tiered plans and expansion motions—directly influencing ARR growth.
  • • Stay ahead of the market: run quarterly benchmarking studies that compare our customers’ funnel metrics to industry baselines, turning HockeyStack into the go-to source for B2B GTM intelligence.
  • • Travel (remote-first role but occasional travel) to San Francisco HQ or customer sites for high-stakes QBRs and executive workshops—expect 2–4 trips per year where your on-site presence cements strategic relationships.
  • • Embrace a culture of velocity and ownership: ship insights the same day a question lands, publish internal post-mortems within 24 hours of a missed forecast, and celebrate wins loudly in our #data-wins Slack channel.
