- • As a Data Analyst at Cars Commerce, you will be essential in bridging Support and Engineering by analyzing technical issues, ensuring they are fully qualified and reproducible before reaching the developer backlog, directly impacting product quality and customer experience.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing functional QA on developer output, conducting root cause analysis through deep-dive data investigation, translating technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, triaging bugs, serving as a product subject matter expert, identifying AI and data innovation opportunities, and creating training materials to support team scaling and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Technology Management, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related technical field
- • Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Technical Data Analyst, or similar role with a track record in triaging technical issues and ensuring product quality through QA and data validation
- • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization, plus experience with CSV, JSON, XML formats and website structures
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and think critically about complex technical issues
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple investigations, QA cycles, and documentation tasks under tight deadlines
