📋 Description

• • As a Data Analyst at Fullsteam Operations, LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and successful integration of client data into ACGI’s enterprise platforms, directly enabling associations and credentialing organizations to streamline operations and focus on their core missions.
• • Your work will directly impact client onboarding success and long-term system reliability by transforming complex, legacy data into clean, standardized formats that power ACGI’s Association Anywhere® and Certelligence® solutions.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate directly with clients to gather and translate business and technical data requirements into actionable data mapping and transformation plans.
• • You will analyze, map, transform, and validate large client datasets using Oracle PL/SQL, ensuring data integrity and compatibility with ACGI’s systems prior to integration.
• • You will clean, standardize, and convert extensive datasets for seamless migration into ACGI platforms, applying rigorous validation techniques to eliminate inconsistencies and quality gaps.
• • You will support the development and execution of data conversion processes within Oracle APEX (highly preferred), leveraging its capabilities to automate and streamline migration workflows.
• • You will identify, diagnose, and resolve data inconsistencies, integrity issues, and quality gaps throughout the conversion lifecycle, working closely with clients and internal teams to implement corrective actions.
• • You will maintain comprehensive documentation of data mapping rules, transformation logic, conversion procedures, and validation outcomes to ensure traceability, auditability, and knowledge sharing.
• • You will validate post-implementation data accuracy and troubleshoot any discrepancies in partnership with clients and implementation teams, ensuring smooth go-live and ongoing data reliability.
• • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of data conversion tools, templates, and methodologies by proposing enhancements based on project learnings and emerging best practices.
