đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of A/B experiments for Duomo, ensuring data integrity, experiment health, and accurate interpretation of results.
- • Analyze experiment outcomes to identify root causes of user behavior changes, including drop-offs, engagement shifts, and conversion patterns.
- • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to co-generate hypotheses and prioritize a high-impact experimentation pipeline.
- • Evaluate feature viability using data-driven insights to determine whether to invest in, pause, or de-prioritize product initiatives.
- • Proactively uncover growth opportunities, friction points, and product risks by analyzing user behavior across the Duomo platform.
- • Translate complex behavioral and statistical data into clear, actionable product recommendations: what to improve, stop, scale, or test next.
- • Monitor key metrics and KPIs for Duomo’s global user base of 300k+ across 40+ countries, with a 4.8 average rating on App Store and Trustpilot.
- • Use SQL and BI tools (Tableau) to extract, visualize, and report on user data to inform product strategy and decision-making.
- • Leverage user behavior analytics platforms such as Amplitude, GA4, or PostHog to track interactions, funnel performance, and retention patterns.
- • Work within a fast-paced venture builder environment where product decisions are made rapidly and impact is measurable in real time.
- • Partner directly with cross-functional teams to ensure data insights drive product direction, not just report on it.
- • Contribute to building the #1 Christian tech company by helping shape a platform that serves over 2 billion Christians worldwide.
- • Deliver insights that directly influence product roadmap priorities and resource allocation across engineering, design, and marketing.
- • Maintain a results-oriented mindset, prioritizing speed, accuracy, and clarity in communication of analytical findings.
- • Support continuous improvement of Duomo’s product experience by identifying patterns in user feedback, usage trends, and behavioral anomalies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking — you question assumptions and challenge weak conclusions
- • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing principles
- • Strong communication skills — ability to translate complex data into clear insights and align people around a direction
- • Fast learner with a strong bias for results
- • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau)
- • Experience with user behaviour analytics tools — Amplitude, GA4, PostHog, or similar

- • Exclusive learning programs including a two-month school for first-time managers, intensive AI workshops, and professional clubs
- • Meaningful impact in Ukraine through the SKELAR Foundation, including involvement in Europe’s first accelerator for veterans
- • Offices in Kyiv designed to inspire — featuring an in-house gym, climbing wall, Bali-inspired green spaces, and libraries
- • Meals, gym access in Kyiv or partial fitness stipend in Warsaw, health insurance, paid business travel, and corporate partner discounts
