📋 Description

• As a Data Analyst (Fin&Ops) at KissMyApps SAS, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions across a portfolio of 30+ AI-first products serving over 100 million users globally. Your work will directly support the company’s rapid growth trajectory—minimum 3x year-over-year—by ensuring data reliability, consistency, and accessibility for leadership and operational teams.
• You will automate and maintain operational, financial, and HR reporting in Tableau and Google Sheets, set up alerts for key business metric deviations, and optimize existing reporting processes to improve scalability and timeliness. This includes reconciling data with external sources, identifying discrepancies, conducting root-cause analysis, and establishing a unified approach to calculating core KPIs across the organization.
• You will collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and HR teams to clarify needs, prioritize requests, and translate business requirements into clear data tasks, acting as a trusted partner in cross-functional decision-making.
• You will conduct in-depth analysis of operational and financial metrics, prepare data-driven conclusions and recommendations for business stakeholders, and contribute to building a unified performance vision that aligns all product verticals under a single analytical framework.
• You will develop strong expertise in financial and operational reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, OPEX, budgeting, plan-vs-actual analysis) while advancing your technical skills in SQL, BI tools, and data automation—gaining hands-on experience with modern data stacks including Python, Databricks, and dbt in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of financial and operational reporting fundamentals, including P&L, Cash Flow, OPEX, budgeting, plan-vs-actual analysis, and key business metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Google Sheets for reporting and visualization.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving abilities with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Proactive mindset, initiative, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business needs into data tasks.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Tableau, automation in Google Sheets, Python for data processing, and familiarity with Databricks and dbt.
