  • • As a Data Analyst - Gaming at Blueprint, you will transform complex gaming data into strategic insights that directly influence product development and player experience, playing a pivotal role in driving data-informed decisions across a fast-paced, innovative team.
  • • You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering, and design teams to gather analytical requirements, then query, clean, and analyze large-scale player behavior datasets using SQL and Python to uncover trends in engagement, retention, and feature performance.
  • • Your daily responsibilities include designing and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards that enable self-service analytics for non-technical users, ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and visually intuitive for stakeholders across the organization.
  • • You will conduct deep-dive analyses on game mechanics, player segmentation, and monetization patterns, translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that inform live ops, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning.
  • • You will build and maintain scalable data models and aggregate tables to support recurring analytics workflows, while performing rigorous quality assurance on all outputs to uphold data integrity and consistency.
  • • You’ll work within a dynamic, agile analytics team at Blueprint—a technology solutions firm headquartered in Bellevue, Washington—known for its bold, smart, and collaborative culture that values diverse perspectives and continuous learning across industries.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • • 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, analytics, or a similar data-focused role
  • • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets, and experience with Python for data transformation and analysis
  • • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable visualization tools
  • • Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and perform data cleaning, modeling, and validation
  • • Strong interest in or background with gaming, player behavior analytics, or live operations environments
