• • As a Data Analyst, Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cutting-edge crypto products. Your primary objective will be to elevate decision-making processes by uncovering emerging trends, identifying root causes of product performance, and developing sophisticated tools that provide comprehensive visibility into product performance and business growth. This role is crucial for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring Kraken remains a leader in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.
• • You will act as a trusted business partner, seamlessly blending deep business acumen with data-driven insights. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies will directly influence growth initiatives, guide critical decision-making, and drive measurable impact across the organization. This is an opportunity to be instrumental in defining success, both quantitatively and qualitatively, for our Product and leadership teams on a daily basis.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire data lifecycle. This includes building and meticulously maintaining robust datasets and efficient data pipelines. You will be responsible for designing intuitive dashboards and generating insightful reports that provide clarity on product performance and user behavior. Furthermore, you will be a key contributor to our experimentation infrastructure, working collaboratively to launch and refine an A/B testing system. Your involvement in other experimental projects will ensure the data team remains at the cutting edge of analytical capabilities and continues to evolve.
• • You will own the design and implementation of key metrics, dashboards, and reports, transforming raw data into compelling narratives that inform product strategy and drive user engagement.
