📋 Description
- • Develop strategic data analyses and business intelligence to identify commercial opportunities and growth levers within the company’s B2B (PJ) business model.
- • Build, maintain, and evolve executive-level KPIs, dashboards, and managerial dashboards using Looker Studio to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- • Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, product performance, sales channels, and overall business metrics to uncover trends and optimization opportunities.
- • Partner with commercial, CRM, product, and operations teams to deliver data-driven studies, recommendations, and decision-support tools.
- • Design and structure analytical models and data products to optimize and automate key business decisions and operational processes.
- • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of all data sources and analytical outputs used across the organization.
- • Collaborate closely with data, engineering, product, and business teams to evolve data infrastructure, pipelines, and analytical visualizations.
- • Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored for both technical teams and C-suite executives.
- • Perform advanced data manipulation and exploratory analysis on large-scale datasets to support strategic business planning.
- • Apply statistical modeling and analytical techniques to assess customer segmentation, sales funnel performance, and retention metrics.
- • Utilize Python for data cleaning, transformation, and advanced analytics to enhance the depth and accuracy of business insights.
- • Leverage SQL at an advanced level to extract, join, and analyze data from multiple relational databases and data warehouses.
- • Implement and interpret A/B testing, churn prediction models, propensity scoring, and other analytical frameworks to guide product and marketing strategies.
- • Drive data literacy across departments by communicating insights through storytelling and visualizations that align with business objectives.
- • Maintain autonomy in prioritizing analytical initiatives based on business impact and resource constraints.
- • Apply domain-specific knowledge of e-commerce logistics and platform operations to contextualize findings and recommend actionable improvements.
- • Understand CRM systems, commercial funnels, and customer lifecycle analysis to support targeted growth initiatives.
- • Function as a bridge between technical data teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on data needs and business outcomes.
- • Continuously improve data governance practices to enhance trust and adoption of analytical outputs across the organization.
- • Stay current with evolving data tools and methodologies to ensure Skydropx maintains a cutting-edge analytical capability.

- • Advanced SQL skills
