- ā¢ The Associate Director, Reporting and Analysis at College Board turns operational data into decisions that improve performance across the customer engagement ecosystem, enabling leaders to understand performance drivers, identify gaps, and take timely action to improve customer experience, efficiency, and outcomes.
- ā¢ Day to day, you will translate complex operational data into clear, actionable insights; identify root causes of performance gaps; equip leaders with forward-looking insights; own the insight layer for Business Reviews; partner with senior leaders to define success metrics; build scalable reporting solutions using tools like Tableau, Salesforce, and AWS; standardize key metrics; design real-time dashboards; act as a strategic thought partner across Technology, Operations, and Program teams; and advocate for changes that increase clarity and speed of decision-making.
- ā¢ The Operations Division at College Board leads the organizationās transformation to support digital assessment delivery, with the Customer Engagement & Experience (CEE) department serving as the āfront lineā voice of the customer, supporting millions of students, thousands of schools and test centers annually through engagement with students, parents, educators, and state partners.
- ā¢ In this role, you will learn to drive measurable improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency, gain influence as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, master the translation of data into strategic action, and contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on expanding educational and career opportunities.
šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ Bachelorās degree and 3+ yearsā experience with tools such as Tableau, AWS, and Salesforce, or similar platforms
- ā¢ Advanced skills in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and strong data visualization capabilities
- ā¢ Proven ability to work with large datasets and translate them into actionable insights
- ā¢ Strong consultative, analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- ā¢ Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with a bias toward impact
- ā¢ Ease working in undefined situations and evidence of creating clarity and path forward
