• • As a Business Data Analyst at Motorola Solutions, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the customer experience by identifying friction points through data analysis and driving business change across departments.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting deep-dive analysis, extracting and presenting data from multiple sources, building and automating BI dashboards, leveraging LLMs and AI-driven workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to define metrics and track performance.
• • You will join the Customer Experience team, a close-knit unit focused on safeguarding the user journey by partnering with Product, Quality, and Engineering to eliminate obstacles before they reach customers.
• • In this role, you will sharpen your expertise in SQL, Python, data visualization, and AI innovation while developing strong business acumen and data storytelling skills to influence strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.
