📋 Description

• As a Data Analyst - Sales at Heidi Health, you will identify high-potential market segments where the company can grow by analyzing complex data and translating insights into commercial strategy, directly influencing where the sales team focuses its efforts.
• You will wrangle messy data from multiple sources, develop a deep understanding of Heidi’s data stack, and work closely with sales leadership to turn analysis into actionable recommendations, not just reports.
• You will join a mission-driven team of doctors, engineers, designers, and researchers building an AI Care Partner that has already returned over 18 million hours to healthcare professionals and powers more than two million patient visits weekly across 116 countries.
• In this role, you will grow into a strategic thinker who frames the right questions before answering them, developing commercial instinct and expertise at the intersection of data and sales strategy in a fast-growing healthtech startup.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL skills — comfortable writing and optimizing queries independently
• Track record of drawing meaningful insight from data and translating it into a commercial point of view
• Commercial instinct: understanding what growth means for a business and orienting analysis toward it
• High critical thinking; ability to frame the right question before answering it
• Familiarity with Omni or HubSpot is a plus, not a requirement
