📋 Description

• • Independently leads global feasibility strategy analytics for sponsor-dedicated projects across Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico, delivering data-driven insights for clinical trial proposal and feasibility assessments.
• • Plans, prioritizes, and executes complex feasibility analyses for multiple protocols simultaneously, determining appropriate data sources and analytical approaches without direct oversight.
• • Conducts in-depth research using scientific literature, internal metrics, and proprietary tools to evaluate patient access, country suitability, competitive landscape, and enrollment potential for clinical trials.
• • Liaises directly with Business Units, Medical Directors, Proposal Analysts, and Business Development teams to interpret sponsor requirements, protocol details, and timelines for RFPs and RFIs.
• • Prepares and delivers pre-award site-level feasibility assessments in written reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• • Supports bid defense meetings and teleconferences under the supervision of a line manager, contributing analytical insights to strengthen proposal competitiveness.
• • Develops and maintains systems for storing, retrieving, and analyzing historical feasibility data to inform current and future RFPs and RFIs.
• • Actively participates in designing and refining metrics to measure the impact of feasibility assessments, recruitment support, and site identification activities.
• • Evaluates emerging informatics technologies, including clinical trial registry search tools, enrollment modeling platforms, and protocol feasibility simulation software.
• • Maintains comprehensive, timely documentation of all analyses and ensures data integrity within internal libraries and databases.
• • Acts as a departmental Subject Matter Expert (SME) for feasibility tools, processes, and methodologies, providing guidance to team members as needed.
• • May coordinate work of other team members during multi-study programs or mentoring periods, under discretion of the Line Manager.
• • Supports departmental development initiatives and contributes to achieving broader business objectives through analytical excellence and process improvement.
• • Builds and sustains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to establish clear communication channels and position as the trusted feasibility SME.
• • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications), email, and internet research tools to execute core responsibilities.
• • Exhibits excellent verbal and written English communication skills to convey complex clinical and scientific data clearly and persuasively.
• • Manages multiple concurrent assignments with high accuracy, adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic, virtual team environment.
• • Applies strong organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail across all deliverables.
• • Demonstrates flexibility and collaboration in a global, remote work setting, adapting to evolving business needs and team structures.
