  • • Partner with the Commercial team to understand how customers use Antenna data to inform critical business decisions and design data solutions that enable seamless, frictionless access to insights.
  • • Own the end-to-end release lifecycle of core data products, prioritizing tasks and project-managing cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, reliable, and on-time delivery of data to internal and external stakeholders.
  • • Develop and deploy strategic product improvements that enhance both data quality and business impact across Antenna’s syndicated metrics and market intelligence offerings.
  • • Build and optimize monitoring systems to proactively detect data quality issues at every stage of the data pipeline, performing root cause analyses and implementing scalable solutions with minimal oversight.
  • • Investigate anomalous data trends to determine whether they reflect data quality errors or real-world market events, making judgment calls that directly affect customer trust and business decisions.
  • • Serve as the first responder for all data-related inquiries and issues, educating commercial stakeholders on data definitions, nuances, and limitations to ensure proper interpretation.
  • • Manage updates to QA tests and dashboards to automate and streamline ongoing data quality validation processes.
  • • Investigate data restatements and data science model outputs, coordinating fixes with internal Engineering and Data Science teams as well as external data vendors.
  • • Conduct data quality investigations to reconcile discrepancies between Antenna’s data and customers’ first-party data, presenting findings directly to clients.
  • • Evaluate new coverage feasibility, propose methodology updates, and recommend pipeline enhancements to expand product capabilities and improve data accuracy.
  • • Coordinate monthly data releases through Looker and manage weekly ad hoc data deliveries via custom reports to meet diverse stakeholder needs.
  • • Operate at the intersection of Commercial, Data Science, and Engineering teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring alignment across functions.
  • • Work within a remote-first culture, collaborating across U.S. time zones to support a client base in the media and entertainment subscription economy.
  • • Report directly to the VP of Data Operations and contribute to the growth of an early-stage, high-growth company backed by top-tier investors in technology and media.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of hands-on experience in data-focused roles
  • • Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, dbt, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Redash)
  • • Proven ability to navigate complex ETL systems and manage messy, large-scale datasets with high attention to detail
  • • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric outcomes
  • • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, manage deadlines, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • • Experience performing root cause analysis on data quality issues and implementing scalable solutions
