- • Analyze and implement data change requests, including the addition of new fields or codifications, with high accuracy and timely execution under close guidance.
- • Support data harmonization projects to ensure consistency, standardization, and alignment with OneKey Data Governance strategic objectives across global databases.
- • Collaborate with multiple internal departments to identify, communicate, and fulfill data requirements, ensuring seamless integration of changes.
- • Ensure all data management activities strictly comply with established processes, policies, and project deadlines to maintain data integrity.
- • Provide regular, clear reports on project status, timelines, and progress to stakeholders within the OneKey Governance team.
- • Participate in training sessions for the OneKey Back Office team to support knowledge transfer and operational consistency.
- • Translate and verify data sourced from prescriber and product information systems, ensuring linguistic and factual precision.
- • Utilize SQL and advanced Excel for data extraction, validation, transformation, and reporting tasks in a fast-paced, international environment.
- • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all data handling activities to guarantee complete, consistent, and accurate data delivery to customers.
- • Work independently to solve data-related problems while maintaining strong organizational and time management skills to meet competing priorities.
- • Communicate effectively with cross-functional, multicultural teams in English and French to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
- • Contribute to a dynamic, fun, and committed team culture focused on precision, collaboration, and global healthcare data excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 2–3 years of experience in data management and change management, preferably in a healthcare setting
- • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel
- • Complete fluency in English and French
- • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
