- • Lead the delivery and operationalisation of Snowflake as the core data and management information platform across Capita’s Citizen Contact operations, ensuring data is accessible, reliable, and actionable to support operational delivery, transformation programmes, and strategic decision-making.
- • Design and deliver scalable Snowflake-based data products, dashboards, and analytics solutions that translate operational and business requirements into trusted management information for frontline, leadership, and executive audiences.
- • Collaborate with data engineers, platform teams, operations, transformation, and analytics stakeholders to embed Snowflake as the single source of truth, define data standards, and ensure data quality, governance, and ethical compliance across all environments.
- • Apply analytical and statistical techniques to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, support root-cause analysis, and communicate insights through tailored visualisations and narratives to enable data-led decision-making.
- • Promote capability building and continuous improvement across the Data and MI function by sharing best practices, gathering feedback, and refining data products to meet evolving operational needs and support transformation outcomes.
- • Contribute to Capita’s mission of delivering efficient, people-based services underpinned by market-leading technology, working within a publicly listed organisation serving UK and European clients across Central Government, Local Public Service, Defence, Learning, Fire & Security, Contact Centres, and Pensions Solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong, hands-on experience delivering and using Snowflake in operational environments.
- • Proven experience delivering management information and analytics at scale.
- • Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud-based data platforms.
- • Experience translating operational requirements into effective data and MI solutions.
- • Ability to work across data engineering, analytics, and operational stakeholders.
- • Strong communication skills, able to present insight clearly to non-technical audiences.
