As a Data Center Technician in our state-of-the-art Tucson facility, you will be an integral part of our Data Center Operations team, playing a critical role in achieving our mission. - • Your core responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end lifecycle of data center infrastructure. This includes the meticulous installation, precise configuration, and thorough testing of all new data center hardware. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and critical upgrades, ensuring that our systems consistently meet and exceed high reliability and performance standards.
- • A key aspect of this position involves proactive system monitoring. - • You will also provide essential on-site technical support and expert guidance during critical incidents or unexpected outages. This role includes participation in an on-call rotation, ensuring that our infrastructure remains operational and responsive 24/7.
