- • As a Data Delivery Manager at Jellyfish, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects that directly impact strategic business decisions, ensuring data solutions are accurate, timely, and trusted across the organisation.
- • You will partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable data delivery roadmaps, driving commercial value through reliable data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics capabilities that power confident decision-making.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving end-to-end delivery of high-impact data and analytics programmes across ingestion, transformation, and analytics platforms, owning complex delivery lifecycles from strategy and planning through QA, release, and operational handover.
- • You will build and enforce enterprise-grade data quality, governance, and QA frameworks, establishing strong delivery governance, controls, and reporting to keep programmes on track and risks managed.
- • You will lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring the right people, skills, and capacity are in place to succeed, while embedding reliable, scalable data into business-as-usual operations beyond just project delivery.
- • You will help shape the future of Jellyfish’s data ecosystem through continuous improvement, innovation, and delivery excellence, working at the intersection of data, technology, and operations to drive organisational impact.
- • You will collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • You will contribute to a culture of inclusive collaboration and diverse perspectives, aligning with Jellyfish’s mission to empower clients through innovative data-driven strategies while fostering personal and professional growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in data project delivery
- • Proven senior leadership experience in data delivery, data transformation, or analytics programme management
- • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in large organisations and embedding data platforms into operational environments
- • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformation frameworks, data architectures, and data QA, testing, validation, and governance frameworks
- • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern data platforms (cloud data warehouses, lakehouses, BI platforms)
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
