Data Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Data Engineer on Guidehouse’s Defense & Security AI & Data team, you will help clients maximize the value of their data and automate business processes by implementing end-to-end data analytics and data science solutions—from data ingestion and transformation to visualization and predictive modeling—enabling mission-critical insights and data-driven decision making.
• • Day to day, you will conduct ETL/ELT and data quality analysis using Python, Databricks, and Palantir Foundry; manage and maintain scalable data pipeline architectures; design and build distributed systems for security and scalability; develop data models to measure program performance; create interactive dashboards with Tableau and Power BI; gather requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders; ensure data governance and quality standards; and lead client meetings by preparing agendas, documenting outcomes, and following up on action items.
• • You will join a high-performing consulting team within Guidehouse’s Defense & Security practice, working remotely across the U.S. to support federal clients with complex data challenges, leveraging cutting-edge cloud and analytics technologies to drive operational effectiveness and mission success.
