- • As a Data Engineer at NICE Ltd., you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company’s multi-cloud data infrastructure, directly enabling data engineering teams to deliver high-quality data products at scale.
- • Day to day, you will coordinate and execute build and release activities across production regions, manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, author and track Change Requests in ServiceNow, monitor Snowflake and MSK (Kafka) environments for performance and cost, respond to platform alerts, maintain runbooks, and support data engineering teams with environment and deployment issues.
- • You will join a global innovation leader in AI, cloud, and digital solutions, serving over 25,000 businesses including 85 Fortune 100 companies, with a culture that emphasizes operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud operations (AWS/Azure), data platform management (Snowflake), DevOps practices, FinOps, and identity integration (Okta), while gaining experience in automation scripting, change management, and cross-functional support — positioning you for growth into senior platform or cloud engineering roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in DataOps, Platform Operations, or DevOps/SRE roles supporting data infrastructure
- • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including RBAC, warehouse management, multi-environment administration, and SQL
- • Proficiency with AWS services (S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda) and comfort using both console and CLI
- • Experience defining and working within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions
- • Python scripting for operational automation and tooling development
- • Familiarity with formal change management processes (Change Requests, maintenance windows, approvals)
- • Strong communication skills, especially in incident response and stakeholder updates
- • Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones in a distributed team
- • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in day-to-day operational tasks
