- • As a Data Engineer at MeridianLink, Inc., you will design, build, and evolve scalable data pipeline architecture to ensure reliable, high-quality data delivery across the organization, enabling analytics and business decision-making.
- • Day to day, you will design and develop data pipelines, optimize batch and near real-time ingestion and transformation processes, integrate data from internal and external sources, collaborate with data architects and analysts to support Sisense dashboards, design data models for reporting and analytics, ensure data quality through monitoring and testing, write maintainable code with AI-assisted tools, and support CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
- • You will join a rapidly growing team at MeridianLink, Inc., a company focused on delivering trusted data assets that support a wide range of business initiatives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance a modern data platform by improving or redesigning pipelines for greater scalability, performance, and maintainability, apply modern software engineering practices including AI-assisted development tools, and strengthen your expertise in data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and cloud-based data platforms while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or related roles
- • Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL for building scalable data pipelines and transformation logic
- • Experience with Apache Spark, Parquet, and Azure Databricks, including Databricks workflows, Delta Lake, Delta Sharing, and Unity Catalog
- • Strong SQL expertise including performance tuning, indexing, partitioning, query optimization, and stored procedure development
- • Solid understanding of ETL/ELT methodologies, data warehousing principles, and modern data engineering best practices
- • Experience designing and implementing data models to support analytics, reporting, and operational use cases
