- • Day to day, the role involves implementing models and algorithms to aggregate data from gas and power teams, developing data pipelines for storage, pipeline, and consumption metrics, and ensuring data quality and scalability for forecasting use cases.
- • Kpler is a global leader in trade intelligence with over 700 experts across 35+ countries, dedicated to transforming complex global trade data into actionable insights for commodities, energy, and maritime sectors since 2014.
- • In this role, the individual will gain expertise in cross-commodity data integration, work with cutting-edge energy transition data, and contribute to scalable data solutions that directly impact client decision-making in dynamic markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines for large-scale datasets
- • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Scala
- • Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes
- • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- • Understanding of energy markets or commodity data is a plus
