📋 Description

• • The Data Engineer II at CareSource Management Group Company is a key contributor to data stewardship workgroups and teams, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data governance engineering programs such as Metadata and Cataloging and Data Quality initiatives. This role ensures data integrity, quality, and usability across the organization by establishing standards, leading knowledge sharing, and collaborating with stakeholders to define business rules and resolve data-related pain points.
• • Day to day, the person will lead the development and maintenance of metadata catalogs, perform analysis to support glossary definitions and data quality policies, collaborate with subject matter experts to develop business rules for data quality measurement, quantify and report on data quality issues, and drive remediation plans. They will also design and implement ETL and BI solutions, manage multiple medium to large-scale projects, and apply discretion to solve non-routine problems using established procedures.
