- • As a Data Engineering Lead at Seer Interactive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data infrastructure that powers the company’s mission to harness data, technology, and AI for social impact and client success. This role matters because it ensures reliable, scalable, and secure data pipelines that enable data-driven decision-making across marketing, analytics, and AI initiatives.
- • Day to day, you will design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes; collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to understand data needs; optimize data storage and retrieval systems; implement data quality and monitoring practices; mentor junior engineers; and contribute to the technical roadmap for Seer’s data platform.
- • You will join a remote-first, purpose-driven team at Seer Interactive, a Certified B-Corp digital marketing consultancy that values compassion, innovation, and ethical AI use. The team is distributed across the U.S., with an option to work from the Philadelphia headquarters, and is committed to continuous learning and responsible technology adoption.
- • In this role, you can deepen your expertise in scalable data architecture, cloud-based data engineering, and AI-integrated systems while leading technical initiatives that directly impact client outcomes and internal innovation. 🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role
- • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and pipeline development
- • Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, dbt, or similar
- • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- • Experience with data quality, testing, and monitoring practices
- • Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally with data and analytics teams
