  • • Ryzlabs Inc. is seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our client's Intake Operations team. This is a remote position, exclusively open to candidates located within Latin America. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and completeness of data related to a diverse range of collectible assets, with a particular focus on popular trading card games like PokĂ©mon and Magic: The Gathering.
  • • As a Data Entry Assistant, your primary responsibility will be the meticulous input of asset titles, descriptions, and other critical data points into our internal systems. Accuracy is paramount, and you will be expected to adhere strictly to established data entry protocols and guidelines to maintain the highest standards of data quality.
  • • Beyond initial data input, you will be instrumental in performing rigorous data quality checks. This involves scrutinizing entries for any discrepancies, errors, or omissions, ensuring that all information aligns with predefined standards and client requirements. Your keen eye for detail will help prevent the propagation of inaccurate data, safeguarding the reliability of our client's asset database.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve the proactive identification and flagging of records that necessitate further attention.
