- • The Data Entry Specialist role at Distro, Inc. is critical to ensuring accurate and timely data flow across departments, directly supporting billing, payment records, and compliance operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to maintain data integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies in billing and payment records, maintaining organized documentation for audit and compliance, and providing administrative and data-related support as needed.
- • Distro, Inc. is a dynamic, remote-first company based in Nairobi with a global team, seeking proactive professionals who value precision, efficiency, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- • In this role, you will develop strong data management and organizational skills, gain experience in cross-functional data workflows, improve your ability to work under pressure, and enhance your communication and Excel proficiency while contributing to audit-ready processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
- • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- • Excellent communication and organizational skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools is a plus
- • Customer service background is a plus
