📋 Description

• • As a Data Entry Specialist at Equip Health Inc., you will ensure accurate and timely charge submission by reviewing clinical and claims documentation, entering supporting documentation into billing systems, and resolving discrepancies to support compliant revenue cycle operations.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include accurately entering and updating patient and billing information into internal and external systems, uploading and organizing medical records, reviewing documents for completeness and compliance with payer regulations, identifying and correcting data errors, collaborating with billing and cross-functional teams to resolve documentation issues, and supporting audits, charge corrections, and special projects as needed.
