📋 Description

• • As a Data Governance Risk Analyst at Banner Bank, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening how the Bank manages, governs, and uses data to understand and mitigate risk. You’ll sit at the intersection of Data Governance and Enterprise Risk Management, helping ensure data is trusted, well-managed, and aligned to enterprise risk standards.
• • Day to day, you will assess data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements; collaborate with data stewards, IT, and business units to identify and remediate data risks; support the development and maintenance of data governance frameworks, including data classification, lineage, and metadata management; monitor and report on data risk indicators and control effectiveness; and assist in audits and examinations related to data governance and risk management.
