- • As Data Labeling Lead at Reducto Inc., you will lead and manage the in-house data labeling team to ensure the highest quality of training data for AI models, playing a critical role in shaping the foundation of the company’s AI capabilities.
- • You will lead, train, and manage the data labeling team; define and improve annotation processes with high attention to detail; ensure rigorous accuracy and consistency in data outputs; collaborate with ML engineers on data requirements and edge cases; and manage team schedules, including coordinating nighttime hours in Pacific Time.
- • Reducto is an agentic document platform serving leading AI teams and enterprise customers, having grown revenue 8x year-over-year and raised over $100M from top-tier investors like a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and operational expertise in data labeling, gain deep exposure to AI/ML data pipelines, and contribute directly to the performance and reliability of cutting-edge AI systems used by top technology and trading firms.
