📋 Description
- • As a Data Leader at Coins.ph, you will drive data strategy and analytics initiatives to support business decisions across product, marketing, and operations in the rapidly growing cryptocurrency and financial services sector.
- • You will lead a team of data analysts and engineers, define key performance indicators, build scalable data pipelines, and translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- • Coins.ph is the most established cryptocurrency brand in the Philippines, serving over 18 million users and operating under full regulation by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), with licenses for both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuance.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the data foundation of a pioneering fintech company, influence product and growth strategies, and develop leadership expertise in a high-impact, regulated crypto environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading data teams or analytics functions in a tech or financial services environment
- • Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and building scalable data infrastructure
- • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership
