Data Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Data Manager at Lindus Health, you will play a critical role in advancing clinical trial efficiency by managing data workflows on the company’s Citrus platform, directly contributing to faster, more reliable trials that accelerate patient access to breakthrough treatments.
• • Day to day, you will act as the data management lead for multiple trials, designing CRFs and questionnaires, ensuring data quality from early design through closeout, supporting live trials with data queries and change control, and collaborating with the product team to improve data management features within Citrus.
• • Lindus Health is a fast-growing, mission-driven health tech company disrupting the clinical trials industry by replacing outdated CRO models with an end-to-end platform that increases speed, reduces cost, and improves trial reliability—backed by $55M in Series B funding and already powering 100+ trials since 2021.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in clinical data management, gain hands-on experience shaping product development in a health tech startup, and develop leadership skills by guiding cross-functional teams across clinical, technical, and sponsor stakeholders while contributing to meaningful improvements in patient outcomes.
