- • As a Data Operations Partner at Vendelux, you will be the steward of data integrity and scalability for a fast-growing Series A SaaS platform that powers event marketing intelligence for high-growth companies. Your work directly enables the AI-driven insights that help customers identify the highest ROI events, conferences, and trade shows — making you a critical enabler of the company’s mission to transform how businesses invest in events.
- • You will own end-to-end data operations workflows, ensuring that vast datasets on events, attendees, and companies are accurate, clean, and actionable. This includes ingesting, validating, and quality-assuring data from diverse sources, identifying inconsistencies, and implementing robust processes to improve completeness and reliability — all while collaborating with Engineering, Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success to strengthen the data foundation that underpins Vendelux’s platform.
- • You will partner closely with Engineering and Product to refine data pipelines and tooling, support the onboarding of new event organizer data partnerships by ensuring proper data structuring and integration, and build and maintain internal documentation and data standards that scale with the company’s growth.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS data operations, gain hands-on experience with data warehousing, SQL, and BI tools, and learn how to design scalable data processes in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll sharpen your cross-functional collaboration skills, become adept at translating ambiguous business needs into actionable data solutions, and position yourself for growth into senior data, operations, or product roles within a high-potential tech company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6+ years of experience in data operations, business operations, analytics, or a related field
- • Strong attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy
- • Comfortable working with large datasets (SQL required; data warehouse and BI tools experience is a plus)
