📋 Description

• • The Data Quality and Governance Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of key data within Everway Digital Solutions' internal systems, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring exception reports for data quality issues across accounts, opportunities, quotes, contracts, and licenses; investigating and resolving data discrepancies; providing feedback on validation needs; recommending process improvements; building documentation and reports on data quality trends; collaborating with IT, Salesforce administrators, and other stakeholders; utilizing data management tools (including Databricks) to cleanse and maintain datasets; and supporting the development of a strong data culture organization-wide.
