- • The Senior Data & Reporting Analyst at Prime Therapeutics plays a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across pharmacy benefit management operations. As a trusted advisor within the Reporting and Analytics team, this role ensures data integrity, report reliability, and analytical rigor to support clinical, financial, and operational outcomes for members, providers, and clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining reporting solutions aligned with internal standards by translating business needs into technical designs using SQL, Excel, Access, and BI tools like Tableau, QlikView, SAS, Alteryx, or Business Objects; facilitating requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to prioritize reporting projects; improving the performance and accuracy of legacy reports; establishing data governance and modeling practices; mentoring junior analysts and business users on data interpretation and tool usage; and serving as a liaison between technical teams and leadership to advocate for analytics-driven process improvements.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare data analytics, gain exposure to complex pharmacy and medical claims datasets, and develop leadership capabilities through mentoring and stakeholder engagement. 🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data analysis and reporting
- • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA
- • Proven experience with reporting and BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, SAS, Alteryx, Business Objects, or similar platforms
- • Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and manage multiple stakeholder priorities
