- • Serve as the lead analytics point-of-contact for key Biopharma customers, turning live data into strategic insights
- • Deep-dive into program performance and portfolio health to uncover opportunities that boost profitability and product value
- • Build trusted-advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors through data-driven storytelling
- • Create ad-hoc reports, interactive dashboards, and data visualizations that clearly convey complex findings to non-technical audiences
- • Lead high-impact client presentations and strategic business reviews, proactively identifying areas for product improvement
- • Collaborate across Commercial Customer Success Teams and external clients to demonstrate the value of CoverMyMeds solutions
