📋 Description

• As a Data Scientist at Skelar AS, you will play a critical role in advancing machine learning models and services that power consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, directly contributing to products used by over 10 million people worldwide.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and improving existing ML models (such as fraud detection, marketing evaluation, and content moderation), collaborating with analysts, data engineers, and other engineers to build complex ML pipelines, and leading end-to-end development and deployment of new ML services.
• You will ensure the quality of model training and testing pipelines, design and implement model monitoring systems, and maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and critical thinking in all technical work.
• Skelar AS is a venture builder that creates and scales consumer businesses, supported by a strong internal platform (SKELAR Platform) that provides legal, finance, HR, IT, and talent functions so business teams can focus on product innovation. 🎯 Requirements

• Confident command of SQL and Python
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, probability theory, and statistics
• Knowledge of classical machine learning algorithms
• Experience working with ML frameworks and data processing libraries
• Experience implementing and maintaining model training and testing pipelines
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and critical thinking
• Ability to work effectively in a team
