- • As a Data Scientist at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will join a high-impact Data Science & Analytics team that has been instrumental in scaling the company to 5M+ customers and profitability, driving data-informed decisions across product, growth, tech, and operations.
- • You will be embedded in one of Jerry’s core business areas — Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships — where you will own the end-to-end analytical function, from defining the right business questions to driving outcomes through insights and recommendations.
- • Your day-to-day will involve surfacing analytical insights, building reports, running experiments, defining metrics, and communicating findings directly to stakeholders to influence key decisions — all without corporate fluff or unnecessary meetings.
- • Jerry.ai is a fast-growing, profitable startup backed by $240M+ in funding, expanding from car insurance into home, motorcycle, RV, and other physical asset management, with a mission to become a $10B business serving 50M customers.
- • You will work alongside former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants in a hands-on, owner-minded culture where your work directly impacts business trajectory and you are empowered to solve ambiguous problems with first-principles thinking.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data using SQL and Python.
- • Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable business impact.
- • Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence decisions at the leadership level and drive stakeholder buy-in.
- • First-principles mindset: ability to break down complex problems into testable hypotheses before engaging with data.
