• • As a Data Scientist at Alignment Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare outcomes for seniors and chronically ill populations by building reliable, scalable AI/ML solutions on the company’s proprietary clinical intelligence platform, AVA.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end ML solutions—from problem framing and model development to deployment, monitoring, and feedback loops—while collaborating with product, engineering, and clinical teams to integrate data science into workflows such as risk adjustment, claims processing, and utilization management.
