- • Own the full-funnel user acquisition strategy for ARB Interactive’s portfolio of social casino titles, translating ambitious growth targets into channel-by-channel plans that deliver profitable scale across North America.
- • Architect, launch, and continuously optimize multi-million-dollar campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snap), programmatic DSPs, Connected TV, audio (podcasts & radio), and—most critically—Google Search, ensuring every dollar is accountable to CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROI thresholds.
- • Build and maintain granular Google Search structures: keyword expansion, match-type layering, ad-copy testing, bid automation rules, negative keyword sculpting, and audience-list refinement to capture high-intent “real-money feel” players at the lowest possible cost.
- • Partner daily with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to sync on upcoming feature releases, seasonal events, and new game launches; translate product roadmaps into acquisition roadmaps that pre-warm audiences and maximize day-one ROAS.
- • Design rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments—creative, landing pages, geo-segments, bid strategies, attribution windows—and translate statistical outcomes into clear, actionable insights that are shared company-wide through dashboards and weekly growth stand-ups.
- • Own budget pacing and forecasting; reallocate spend in real time based on cohort performance, platform algorithm shifts, and competitive intel, while presenting board-ready reports that show marginal ROI curves and next-month growth scenarios.
- • Evaluate emerging channels (e.g., Reddit, OTT, influencer whitelisting, rewarded CPE networks) and beta-test new ad-tech partners, building business cases that unlock incremental scale without compromising brand safety or compliance.
- • Champion a culture of data integrity: audit MMP (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Singular) event mapping, ensure SKAdNetwork & Privacy Sandbox readiness, and collaborate with BI to build predictive LTV models that feed back into campaign optimization loops.
- • Mentor junior UA associates and cross-functional marketers, sharing best-practice playbooks, SQL queries, and creative insights that level-up the entire growth organization.
- • Stay ahead of industry curve—attend Google Think Gaming, Mobile Apps Unlocked, and peer Slack communities—then distill learnings into lunch-and-learns that keep ARB two steps ahead of algorithm changes and regulatory shifts in the social casino space.
