  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Global SEO & Organic Growth Manager to spearhead our organic traffic and revenue expansion across a diverse, multi-country eCommerce landscape and its associated content platforms.
  • • This is a pivotal, hands-on role offering complete ownership of the organic growth engine. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing every facet of our SEO strategy, encompassing technical SEO, content strategy, sophisticated link-building initiatives, international SEO best practices, in-depth analytics, and the emerging fields of AI/LLM discovery (GEO/AIO).
  • • As the sole in-house authority, you will be directly accountable for delivering measurable results and driving significant organic growth. This position requires an individual who thrives on end-to-end responsibility, with no reliance on external agencies or team hand-offs.
  • • You will foster strong collaborative relationships with key internal teams, including CRO/Shopify specialists, creative departments, product development, customer service, and senior leadership. Your role will involve aligning priorities and ensuring seamless execution of initiatives, all while maintaining ultimate ownership of the organic strategy, its implementation, and overall performance across all target markets.
  • • A core responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive organic and multi-country SEO strategy. This includes defining the strategic role of each website and market to prevent cannibalization and ensure maximum online coverage and impact.
  • • You will be tasked with implementing and meticulously managing crucial international SEO elements such as hreflang attributes, canonical rules, internal linking structures, and tailored localization strategies to resonate with diverse audiences.
  • • A key objective is to build and refine scalable frameworks that identify and replicate successful content formats and page structures across different markets, accelerating growth through proven methodologies.
  • • Technical SEO ownership is paramount. This involves conducting thorough audits to identify and rectify issues related to crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site speed, redirect chains, and duplicate content.
  • • You will be the guardian of Shopify SEO fundamentals, ensuring optimal performance of collections, filters/facets, pagination, and proactively managing thin content and index bloat.
  • • A significant part of the role involves implementing and validating structured data markup for various content types, including Products, FAQs, How-Tos, Reviews, and Organization schema, to enhance search engine understanding and rich snippet opportunities.
  • • You will be responsible for creating detailed, development-ready tickets for technical SEO fixes, coordinating their implementation with engineering teams, rigorously QAing the deployed changes, and verifying their impact on performance.
  • • The content and editorial engine requires strategic development. This includes building a robust keyword strategy and designing an SEO-driven site architecture that effectively incorporates collections, category hubs, comparison pages, and informative guides.
  • • You will own the entire editorial planning process, from creating detailed content briefs and managing publishing workflows to overseeing content refresh cycles to ensure evergreen relevance.
  • • A critical aspect is ensuring all content is meticulously tailored to local search intent, terminology, seasonality, and the competitive landscape of each target market.
  • • You will develop comprehensive SEO launch playbooks for new product introductions and collection expansions, ensuring maximum organic visibility from day one.
  • • Authority building, link acquisition, and digital PR are essential components. You will execute sustainable link acquisition strategies through targeted outreach, strategic partnerships, securing features, and placing valuable resources on relevant websites.
  • • A proactive approach to reclaiming unlinked brand mentions and fostering long-term relationships with publishers will be key to building domain authority.
  • • You will define and rigorously track authority targets, directly correlating them with measurable improvements in rankings and revenue.
  • • Backlink risk management and profile maintenance are crucial. This involves continuously monitoring backlink health, identifying toxic or risky link patterns, and executing cleanup strategies, including link removal requests and disavow actions when necessary.
  • • Maintaining a balanced anchor text distribution, being mindful of link velocity, and meticulously documenting all link-related actions will be vital for long-term SEO health.
  • • Embracing the future of search, you will engage in AI / LLM discovery (GEO / AIO) by building source-of-truth pages optimized for AI citation, such as detailed FAQs, product specifications, comparison tables, and definitions.
  • • You will strengthen entity signals by ensuring consistent and accurate brand and product information across all trusted online sources.
  • • Publishing structured, reference-ready content will be key to enhancing visibility within AI-driven search systems.
  • • Tracking AI visibility through citations, mentions, branded queries, and presence in SERP features will provide valuable insights into emerging search trends.
  • • Finally, you will maintain weekly KPI dashboards tracking essential metrics like organic traffic, keyword rankings, index coverage, backlink growth, and overall site health.
  • • You will deliver insightful monthly organic performance reviews, highlighting revenue impact and market-specific trends.
  • • Your analytical skills will be used to identify performance shifts, diagnose root causes, and define clear, actionable next steps to maintain continuous growth and optimization.
