- • Join Contentsquare as an Enterprise Account Executive in Dubai, a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our presence in the dynamic Middle East market. As one of the pioneering members of our regional sales team, you will be instrumental in driving new business acquisition, focusing particularly on commercial accounts. - • You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing deals. This involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within your assigned territory. Your success will be measured by your ability to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and convert them into long-term, valuable customer relationships.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to deeply understand the business challenges and digital transformation goals of enterprise-level clients. You will leverage your expertise to articulate how Contentsquare's all-in-one experience intelligence platform can provide actionable insights, optimize customer journeys, and drive significant business outcomes for these organizations.
- • You will work closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify and engage with potential clients, ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads. Collaboration with Solutions Engineers will be crucial for delivering compelling product demonstrations and technical expertise tailored to the specific needs of prospects, showcasing the power and flexibility of our platform.
- • Furthermore, you will partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and to foster ongoing relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling within existing accounts. Your contribution will be vital in building Contentsquare's reputation as a trusted advisor and indispensable partner for businesses navigating the complexities of digital customer experience.
- • This role demands a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. You will be expected to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts, including C-suite executives, VPs of Marketing, Digital Transformation leaders, and E-commerce Directors. Developing a deep understanding of their industry, competitive landscape, and strategic priorities will be essential for crafting winning proposals and solutions.
- • You will be a key player in shaping Contentsquare's go-to-market strategy for the Middle East. This includes providing valuable market feedback, identifying emerging trends, and contributing to the development of localized sales collateral and approaches. Your insights will directly influence our growth trajectory in this exciting and rapidly evolving market.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in enterprise software sales, with a strong understanding of SaaS business models and the digital analytics or MarTech landscape. You should be adept at navigating complex sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders, and consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales quotas.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales, specifically closing net-new business with commercial accounts.
- • Deep understanding of the digital analytics, MarTech, or CX landscape, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- • Experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing.
- • Strong business acumen and the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a fluency in English and ideally Arabic.
