📋 Description

• As a Data Scientist II at UiPath, you will act as a Forward Deployed Scientist, partnering with customers across sectors to apply machine learning, data science, and AI to solve real-world commercial challenges and drive business transformation.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include working directly with customers to deploy, customize, and build AI products; acting as a core member of the Applied Sciences and Engineering team; engaging with stakeholders from academic experts to on-site teams; staying current with ML/AI research; applying statistical modeling and optimization techniques; communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences; using Python, SQL, and statistical tools to analyze data; contributing to data visualization; and seeking opportunities to expand your impact as the company grows.
• You will join UiPath’s Applied Sciences and Engineering team, a fast-moving, innovative group dedicated to creating enterprise software that unleashes the power of automation. UiPath fosters a culture of curiosity, generosity, and purpose, valuing diverse backgrounds and inclusive collaboration.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in applied AI and ML, strengthen your ability to translate complex data into business value, enhance your stakeholder communication skills, and grow your impact through direct customer engagement and product innovation in a high-growth technology environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiastic expertise in machine learning, data science, AI, and a passion for innovative applications
• Strong programming skills or the ability to quickly learn new technologies, with experience in R, Python, or similar tools being a plus
• Familiarity with relational databases and intermediate-level SQL knowledge
• Solid understanding of a broad range of statistical techniques and data analysis methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
