You will act as both a linguistic gatekeeper and a cultural consultant, flagging hallucinations, bias, toxicity, or policy violations before they reach end-users.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing A/B tests on model outputs, assigning granular quality scores, writing concise natural-language feedback, and supplying alternative phrasings that improve fluency and tone. You will use proprietary annotation platforms to label data, track trends, and surface edge cases that help engineers fine-tune algorithms. Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training modules will equip you with the latest guidelines and evaluation rubrics.
• • You will collaborate asynchronously with an international team of linguists, data scientists, and project managers through Slack-style channels and ticketing systems. Weekly virtual stand-ups and monthly calibration sessions ensure alignment on evolving standards and emerging linguistic phenomena.
