📋 Description
- • As a Data Specialist in Revenue Operations at Weave Communications, you will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable data across systems, maintaining and improving the integrity of key revenue datasets to support sales efficiency and business growth.
- • You will manage the closed-won process for net new accounts, respond to helpdesk tickets for amendments and contract creation, validate quotes within discount thresholds, collaborate on transitioning enterprise deals to onboarding, identify workflow automation opportunities, maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and related systems, and support initiatives in sales operations, payments, upsells, and revenue management.
- • Weave Communications is a technology company focused on improving customer interactions through integrated communication and payment solutions, with a Revenue Operations team dedicated to optimizing sales processes and data integrity to drive scalable growth.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in revenue operations, Salesforce administration, data analysis, and process automation, gaining hands-on experience in deal execution, CRM data governance, and cross-functional collaboration that prepares you for advancement in sales operations or business analytics.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least one year of Salesforce experience
- • At least one year of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analysis, Deal Desk, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment
- • Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and CRM systems
- • Familiarity with sales productivity tools and process automation is a plus
