📋 Description

• • The Database Administrator (SQL) is responsible for designing, supporting, and optimizing SQL database environments across managed services customers, ensuring performance, availability, security, and reliability in complex production environments while partnering closely with customers and internal engineering teams.
• • Day to day, the person will design, build, administer, and support SQL database environments; monitor, diagnose, and resolve performance and stability issues; perform backup, restore, HA/DR, and disaster recovery planning; optimize environments through documentation and SOPs; engage with customers via incident response, change requests, meetings, and status updates; track work in PSA systems; support audits and compliance; collaborate on complex escalations; and participate in on-call rotations.
