• • As a Database Developer Tech Lead at Holman Enterprises, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to the database development team while driving innovation in database systems that support critical automotive services operations across fleet management, vehicle upfitting, component manufacturing, and retail dealerships.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing database systems; monitoring and tuning performance; implementing disaster recovery strategies; conducting code reviews; managing Azure cloud databases; collaborating with DevOps for CI/CD integration; creating comprehensive documentation; and providing off-hours and on-site support for database-related issues.
