📋 Description

• • The Delivery Analyst at Acxiom LLC ensures clients and third-party vendors receive clean, enhanced, segmented, and ready-to-market data that powers multi-channel marketing capabilities. This role is critical to maintaining data quality, process integrity, and timely delivery across complex data workflows.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing source file receipt, verifying input/output counts, setting up and monitoring data processing flows, validating data against specifications, troubleshooting processing issues, and communicating with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and lead solution discussions.
• • Acxiom is a global leader in data-driven marketing, providing data, identity, and connectivity solutions to help brands understand and engage customers. The Delivery Analyst operates within a technical, client-facing team focused on data integrity, process optimization, and service excellence.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in data processing workflows, gain hands-on experience with enterprise data tools (SQL, file transfer protocols, encryption), develop client consultation and change management skills, and grow into a trusted subject matter expert who mentors junior team members and owns high-complexity assignments.
