• • As a Delivery Manager at TechTorch Solutions Inc., you will be at the forefront of driving transformative enterprise technology solutions for Private Equity-backed companies. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to leverage AI-powered accelerators and your extensive experience to disrupt the system integration space and deliver exceptional business value.
• • You will be instrumental in identifying critical business and technology gaps for our clients, working collaboratively with C-level executives to co-create innovative solutions that address their most pressing challenges. Your expertise will guide the entire project lifecycle, from initial strategy definition and solution design through to successful implementation and delivery.
• • A core aspect of your role will involve developing comprehensive project plans, meticulously defining implementation timelines, and rigorously managing project budgets to ensure financial accountability and optimal resource allocation. This requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
• • Your functional focus will span across key areas of Commercial Excellence, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, as well as Finance transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will delve into Data & Automation, overseeing the development of operational metrics, data pipelines, data warehouses, and business intelligence layers to empower data-driven decision-making.
• • You will act as a proactive change leader, partnering closely with clients to champion and lead complex transformations. This involves navigating organizational dynamics, solving common business challenges with innovative solutions, and ensuring the smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.

• • Building and maintaining strong, enduring client relationships is a key performance indicator. You will own accountability for key clients and accounts, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring their strategic objectives are met.
• • You will expertly manage multiple work streams and complex projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA will be utilized to manage sprint plans, track deliverables, and monitor milestones effectively.
• • A strong understanding of various project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, is crucial for adapting your approach to the specific needs of each project and client.
• • You will be expected to leverage your strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills to create compelling presentations, analyze data, and develop insightful reports for stakeholders at all levels.

• • This role is ideal for an experienced professional with an estimated 8 years of experience in project and program management, specifically focused on enterprise-level projects. A proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale strategy and consulting projects on time and within budget is a prerequisite for success.
