📋 Description

• As a Deployment Engineer at ScorePlay, you will lead the end-to-end technical deployment of the company’s AI-powered Media Asset Management (MAM) solution for large sports and broadcast organizations, from project kickoff through go-live, ensuring seamless integration into client workflows.
• You will design and execute implementation plans, configure integrations with APIs, SSO, cloud storage, and on-prem/hybrid systems, manage media ingest and archive migrations, and troubleshoot technical issues as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding.
• You will work directly with client technical teams (IT, broadcast, media) to build trusted relationships, run technical workshops, support admin and power user enablement, and translate customer needs into clear technical requirements for internal Product and Engineering teams.
• You will help shape ScorePlay’s deployment playbook by creating standardized processes, documentation, and templates, identifying bottlenecks, proposing improvements, and feeding field feedback to Product and Tech to improve platform usability and scalability.
• You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Product, and Engineering to validate technical feasibility, coordinate on complex integrations, and represent the voice of delivery internally to ensure successful, scalable deployments.
• You will join a fast-growing, 50-person international team based between New York and Paris, working with elite sports organizations like the NBA, NFL, Premier League, UEFA, and Tour de France, in a high-impact role where you own outcomes and help define how technical value is delivered at scale.
• You will gain hands-on experience with real-world media systems, workflows, and integrations, develop expertise in enterprise SaaS deployments, and grow into a leadership role as the first Deployment Engineer shaping the function’s future.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical role such as deployment/implementation engineer, solutions engineer, software engineer, or professional services in a B2B or SaaS context.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations for external clients.
• Strong technical skills including comfort with APIs, scripting (Python, JavaScript, Bash or similar), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and basic networking and security concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with ability to discuss technical topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in sports, media, broadcast, or video workflows (bonus).
• Genuine passion for sports and technology (bonus).
